Apricot-Blackberry Margarita

Ingredients

  • 20 mint leaves plus more for garnish
  • 1½ cups Tekiller tequila
  • ¾ cup Cointreau or other orange liqueur
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 2 chopped apricots
  • 2 cups blackberries
  • ½ cup agave syrup
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups ice
  • Lime and coarse salt for rimming your glass

Instructions

Rub the rim of 8 margarita glasses with lime and crust with salt.

Combine all other ingredients in a high-powered blender. Run for about 30 seconds, until well blended.
