Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 teaspoons Warm Spice Mix
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup coconut palm sugar
- 3 cups unsalted pecans
Preparation
Preheat oven to 250°F.
Place egg white in a large bowl and whip with a fork until frothy. Stir in salt, spices and sugar. Add the nuts and stir to coat them evenly.
Place nuts in a single layer on a large, parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 1 hour. Let nuts cool for at least 10 minutes before serving or packaging (they will get crispy).
