Lauren Bingham

Lauren Bingham was born and raised in Tulsa, where she attended Cascia Hall then went on to graduate from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and Columbia University in New York City. She spent the beginning of her professional career practicing social work in psychiatric, research and workplace settings. She grew up in a food-loving family, where her love of cooking began, and now has three daughters who have further inspired her culinary interests. She loves teaching them a well-balanced approach to life through the experience of food and an active lifestyle.
