Ingredients
SERVINGS: 6 ounces
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup
- 1 pinch kosher salt
- Freshly ground pepper
- ¼ cup balsamic or red wine vinegar
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Preparation
Combine ingredients in a bottle or jar; shake to combine. Taste for seasoning.
This recipe is a good starting point, but feel free to add fresh herbs or garlic or use lemon juice in place of the vinegar.
