Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- ½ cup ground flax seeds
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup sunflower butter, crunchy (or other nut butter)
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients until thoroughly incorporated. Let chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. With a small ice cream scoop or tablespoon, scoop out mixture and roll into balls. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
