- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons dried Mexican oregano
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon instant espresso or finely ground coffee
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- ½ teaspoon ground cayenne
Preparation
Stir a few tablespoons of this zesty blend into a pan of browned ground beef when making a pot of chile, or smear it over chicken or steak before hitting the grill.
