Kate Jennemann is a Tulsa native, wife, and mother of two girls. Kate attended Bishop Kelley High school and graduated from University of Tulsa majoring in Spanish Literature and minoring in Anthropology. Kate followed her love of living in foreign countries and traveled to Paris, France to attend Le Cordon Bleu where she later earned a Diplôme de Cuisine and two certifications in French wine. Since returning to Tulsa Kate has worked in fine dining, as a personal chef and most recently created Garnish Salt, a flavor-infused finishing salt company. Garnish Salt is made with herbs and peppers from Kate's organic backyard garden and a portion of the proceeds goes toward supporting honey bees in North East Oklahoma. Along with gardening she is passionate about her chicken coop, Chez Poulets, which provides her household with farm fresh pasture raised chicken eggs everyday. Kate enjoys hosting wine dinners, traveling abroad, backyard homesteading and spending time with her husband Seth and daughters Lola & Charlie.
