Kara Bellavia

Kara is an Oklahoma native, an educator and optimist. Most of her time is spent in the garden and classroom teaching with Global Gardens, or exploring Tulsa with her son. A die hard fan of strong communities, Kara has a background in human rights advocacy, community gardening, baking, and performing arts. A storyteller at heart, Kara is passionate about strengthening the food culture and agricultural community with Edible Tulsa.
