Rob McKnight is the founder and co-owner of for HIS Glory Cutting Boards in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. His love of woodworking began in high school and he has perfected his craft for more than 30 years. What began as making pieces as gifts for family has developed into a full-fledged business.

His business partner Beth Harrison assists Rob, not only in the shop but also in all aspects of the business. All items are handmade in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma by Rob and Beth. The fi nest woods from around the world are used to make the boards. The wood in each board is selected for its special character, color and contrast to make each board unique. Customers often struggle to decide which board they like the best! Display stands are also available for the boards. They can be engraved with Scriptures of the customer’s choice. Their work not only includes cutting boards, but rolling pins, coaster sets, wall crosses and key chains. Rob has also designed and sold church podiums, butcher block tables, and rocking horses. He recently built a wooden canoe that is fully functional. Many of his projects come from seeing a need for an item then deciding the best way to make it. He welcomes custom orders and relishes the challenge of designing a new item.

Rob has been a craftsman at many local craft fairs including Two Friends and Junk and Affair of the Heart of Tulsa. He has recently been invited to be a demonstrating craftsman for the Fall Harvest Festival at Silver Dollar City in Branson, Missouri for the second year in a row. He not only loves to demonstrate woodworking skills, but also loves to answer questions and help others learn how to work with wood. Rob and Beth especially enjoy the patriotic atmosphere of Silver Dollar City and are a vocal advocates for support of our servicemen and veterans. They recently began making and distributing free key chains to thank veterans for their service. Rob credits the Lord for his ability to do woodworking and gives Him all the glory. Many items are inscribed with Bible verses that express Rob’s sentiments.

Their products can be purchased in several stores including Bella Vita in Broken Arrow, Bird’s Eye Treasures in Bixby, The Grapevine in Claremore, and Willowbrush Studio in Tulsa. Products can also be found on Etsy and ForHISGloryCuttingBoards.com.
