- 1½ cups Oklahoma pecans
- 6 cups filtered water, hot
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon local honey
Cover the pecans with water and let soak for 12 hours. Drain and rinse the pecans.
Place pecans in a blender with 6 cups of hot, filtered water, salt and honey. Blend on high speed for 2 to 3 minutes. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth. Adjust the salt and honey levels to your taste.
