Adored by many and scorned by, well, almost no one, chocolate is the star of our winter Triple Take. While chocolate certainly isn’t local (unless you’re reading this from the Ivory Coast,) it can certainly be highlighted by local ingredients.

            With help from a gifted home cook, an authentic Belgian chocolatier and the Edible Tulsa kitchen, chocolate gets just a little closer to home with the addition of local lavender, dairy, eggs and local talent.
