- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk or other milk of choice)
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 1 date, pitted
- ⅓ cup riced cauliflower
- ½ cup spinach
- 1 tablespoon almond butter (or other nut or seed butter of choice)
Blend all ingredients to a desired consistency.
Optional: top with honey drizzle after blended and poured.
