Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk or other milk of choice)
  • ½ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 date, pitted
  • ⅓ cup riced cauliflower
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter (or other nut or seed butter of choice)

Preparation

Blend all ingredients to a desired consistency.

Optional: top with honey drizzle after blended and poured.
