Brookside resident Rusty Patton loves sharing his home with the local community. The George Day–designed three story home has become known as "The Brooksider." Bruce Goff, mentored by Frank Lloyd Wright, was Day’s mentor. Day’s vision has become a true jewel of the neighborhood.

Beyond the beautiful design and elegant transition the home provides from Brookside to the surrounding neighborhood, Patton’s home has become a beacon of charitable giving. The Brooksider has hosted over 20 charity dinners, raising close to $100,000 for various causes.

On November 4, Edible Tulsa partnered with chefs Tiffany Tisdale-Braxton and Judy Allen to cook for an auctioned dinner at Monte Cassino’s Brick by Brick event. The winning bidders were Ryan and Elizabeth Briggs.
